John Paul Jones
JP is the President of Safety LMS. JP started his career in the telecommunications industry with Allied Tower Company in Houston, Texas in 1976 at the age of 16. Since then, JP’s career has spanned 39 years, 20 of those as a professional Tower Safety & Rescue instructor.
JP has erected, maintained, modified or dismantled towers and telecommunications sites in 27 different countries many of which were small Island nations in the South Pacific Ocean where Broadcast and Satellite telecommunications is crucial to education, news, and everyday life.
JP is a founding partner of Safety LMS, and oversees all curriculum and training activities. He works to insure that all curriculum and instructors remain the best the industry has to offer. JP also serves as President/CEO of Austin, TX based Tower & Turbine Technologies Inc.
JP currently holds the following industry positions: Member of the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) Board of Directors, Chairman- NATE OSHA Relations Committee, Board Oversight- NATE OSHA Relations Committee, Committee chairman- ANSI 10.48 Standard-Fall Protection Chapter, Committee chairman- ANSI 10.48 Standard-Helicopter Construction Chapter, Chairman- National Wireless Safety Alliance- Manufacturing and Engineering Solutions, Committee-Structures working group, Chairman-Texas Wireless Association- Safety Committee, Member TIA-222G-TR-14 Committee, Member-Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT) Wireless Structures Committee.

Ben is the Director of Marketing and Sales at Safety LMS. Ben has a strong background in the construction industry with a background in concreting and home construction where he was a site manager and helped implement several safety measures on the work site. Ben is a native of Australia and has spent the last 7 years in America where he attended college on a Basketball scholarship at Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri followed by a few years in the radio sales industry.
Ben’s goals at Safety LMS is to raise an awareness of the difference between a safety course that gets you a certification, and a safety course that has proper teaching and curriculum which matters when you need it to save your life in an emergency.
David started in the commercial construction industry in 1985 working as a warehouse manager and mechanic. Looking to the future he worked his way up from a laborer on projects in the field to a crew leader to a project manager to a construction manager overseeing multimillion dollar projects from the ground up on commercial building and specializing in parking decks.
In 1996 David moved into the Telecom industry as a project manager building sites for AT&T with success came the opportunity to move on to construction manager for Nextel overseeing most of Michigan.
David is one of the founding partners in Skyline Services L.L.C. where he takes the leading role in a safety program that has been accident free for over 15 years. He has continued to advanced the safety program by teaming up with Safety LMS to insure that people get the proper training to remain safe one site.
Steven started his career 20 years ago in the United States Marine Corps where he was taught the fundamentals of radio and microwave operations. He took this knowledge into the wireless industry starting as a tower hand deploying microwave dishes on the west coast, moving into raw land tower erections and site deployments. Steven became known for his troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and became the go-to guy for issue resolution. These skills helped Steve advance his career from the field into management, to safety training, and then to ownership.
As he moved up in ranks, his passion remained in training and mentoring at the field level. In joining SafetyLMS, Steven is able to combine his passion for training and his skills in problem-solving. This combination will help improve the quality of training in the telecommunication industry and change the mindset of both employers and climbers with the goal of saving lives, reducing the number of accidents and the protection of climbers.
Jeremy Van Bronkhorst
Jeremy is originally from the Pacific Northwest and the great state of Washington where he attended college before choosing his now 16 year long career in telecommunications specializing in the erection and maintenance of telecommunications tower and antenna systems.
Jeremy has spent the last 12 years living in the Beautiful State of Hawaii where he manages his own Businesses and is responsible for all training in the Pacific Rim, Pacific Northwest and Alaska for Safety LMS.
Keeping with our reputation of all of our instructors being experienced tower builders we are very proud to say that Jeremy is one of the best!
Kwame Larnyoh is the Managing Director of ADMINTELECOM Ghana Limited; Kwame has over 18 years of experience in the European telecom industry. He has worked with companies such as: Marconi (UK), ADC (UK), TYCOM (UK), COLT TELECOMMUNICATION (FRANCE), SNEF (FRANCE), NEUF TELECOM (FRANCE) and SCIENTIFIC ATLANTA (GERMANY). His drive is to make Ghana the Technical Hub of the telecom industry to support Africa.
We are proud to have Mr. Kwame Larnyoh as the Safety LMS exclusive training partner in Ghana, West Africa. Kwame’s leadership and training skills are educating the telecommunications workforce in West Africa which in turn is saving lives and expediting the installation timelines in the process.
