For those of you new to Safety LMS, or maybe even our old customers that have just been so busy that they haven’t come up for air in a few years…
Safety LMS has developed a program that will automatically send all of our customers alerts for expiring certifications.
This platform is currently for our in person classes only. But we are developing the system to also notify you for online certifications, which will be done soon.
Below you can see an example of the email notification you will receive.
These emails will be sent to the managers email address that we have on file and are sent when a certification is 90 – 60 – 30 days from expiring, when the certification has expired and then 1 more reminder for 30 days after expiration. If at that point you haven’t got them trained, we will assume they are no longer with the company and the cert will become disabled.
If you believe that you should have received this email in the past, but haven’t seen it – reply to this email with your company name and the email address that you’d like the alerts sent to, and we will get it added to the system!
