Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact our Safety LMS support team for assistance with technical troubleshooting or any other issues or concerns you may have.
Online Policy
Customers who have not yet attempted a course, class, or exam, requested or been issued a certificate, or completed the course, may be eligible for a full refund less a 5% transaction fee. Students who meet these criteria must submit their request in writing (via e-mail or post) within 30 days of purchase along with proof of purchase and an explanation for the refund reason.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Failure to pass quizzes, final exam or any other in-course assessment requirements within the allotted attempts (per course guidelines);
- Failure to pass identity validation requirements (including biometrics, security questions or any other required methods, per course guidelines);
- Course expirations (per course guidelines);
- Expedited processing or mailing of certificates once the requested expedite has been fulfilled as promised;

In-Person Policy
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
We want to ensure that all our students have a positive experience. Please take note of our cancellation and rescheduling policy:
- No Refunds: All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Rescheduling Fee: If a student cancels or reschedules within 15 days of the class, a 15% reschedule fee will apply.
- Credit Validity: Students who cancel or reschedule will receive a credit that is valid for 12 months from the original class date.
General Policy
Reasons for failure may include, but is not limited to the following reasons. Credits/refunds will not be given for a failure of a course for any reason.
- Failure to attend a course for any reason.
- Late students
- Failure to pass quizzes, final exam or any other in-course assessment requirements within the allotted attempts (per course guidelines);
- Disruptive behavior
- Use of unsafe equipment
- Unsafe tower practices
